Why is my APK or IPA installation failing on a TestGrid device?

Application installation can fail due to an invalid build file, unsupported OS version, incorrect package or bundle configuration, expired iOS signing certificate, missing provisioning profile, or app compatibility issues with the selected device.


For Android, verify that the APK is not corrupted and is compatible with the selected Android version. 

For iOS, verify that the IPA is signed correctly and can be installed on the target device type. Also check whether the same build installs successfully on a local physical device.


If the issue persists, reach out to support team share the APK/IPA file, app package name or bundle ID, device name, OS version, and the exact error shown during installation with
