Why are execution logs or videos not visible?

Logs or videos may not appear if the session ended abruptly, the execution failed before recording started, or the result is still processing.

Refresh the result page after a few minutes. If logs or videos are still missing, share the execution ID/build ID, test case name, device name, timestamp, and project details with support team.

Mention whether the issue is happening for all executions or only for specific test cases/devices.
